The training unit is headed by the Principal Senior Training Coordinator.
The main duties of the unit are:
- Conducting training needs analysis,
- Elaborating training programs,
- Planning training(training calendar),
- Organizing training sessions for clients’ organizations(Tailor-made training courses and programs),
- Ensuring the conduct of the planned training sessions,
- Evaluating training sessions and programs,
- Ensuring quality standards of the conducted trainings,
- Assessing the impact of training programs,
- Making recommendations for better training,
- Supervising trainers’ evaluation and incorporation in the training database.
